Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.
Peel and mash the bananas until no lumps remain.
Add the flour and mix to form a dough (using a fork and then hands).
Spoon the mix evenly into a donut mould, then place on a tray in the oven for 12 minutes (+/- a couple minutes depending on your oven).
Allow to cool for five minutes in the mould before removing.
You can serve plain like this, or for older toddlers you can brush with melted coconut oil and roll in the coconut sugar mixed with the cinnamon.

Store in a container on the bench for 3 days, in the fridge for 5 days, or freeze (without the sugar coating) for up to 2 months.
