Banana Berry Oat Bars

Ingredients
2
medium ripe Bananas
(220g peeled)
3/4
cup/100g of raspberries
(any berry, fresh or frozen will work; squish to age appropriate sizes*)
1/2
cup/ 150g of nut butter
(we used almond, but any works here like peanut butter, sunflower seed, or tahini)

cup/120g of quick/porridge oats
1/4
cup/60ml of plant milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.
Mash the bananas in an oven proof dish (we used a 12”x10” dish if you want a thicker slice use a smaller dish and bake for longer).
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Bake for 25-30 minutes (it will look golden on the sides and will be firm to push) and allow to cool fully before cutting, removing and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days, bench for 2 days, or freeze individual portions for 3 months.
