Berries & Cream Popsicles

Ingredients
1 cup/
150g
of raw cashews
(soaked in hot water for 1 hour or overnight then rinsed and drained)
2 cups/
250g
of frozen berries
2
Tbsp
of maple syrup
(omit for under 12 months)
1/2 cup/
125ml
of soy milk
(or other)
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and no chunks remain.
Pour the mix into popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Enjoy 😋
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.
