Carrot Cake Porridge

Ingredients

medium
carrot finely grated
1/2
cup
(60g) rolled oats
(can use quick/porridge oats)

tbsp
raisins
(can omit or chop for under 18 months)

tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4
tsp
ground ginger
1/4
tsp
ground nutmet
1/2
cup
(125ml) water
1/2
cup
(125ml) soy milk
(or other plant based milk)
Instructions
Finely grate the carrot, then add all ingredients to a pan, stir to combine and cook over medium heat till soft (around 5-10 minutes).
Serve warm.
We top ours with some extra seeds (& pumpkin seeds on the adults portion, or chop or grind finely for toddlers/babies).
