Combine the curry & rice, then fill triangles of puff pastry with 1 heaped Tbsp of the filling, fold in half in to a triangle shape, then crimp the edges with a fork.
Repeat till there’s no leftovers (we made 6 )
Brush with soy milk
Cook in the oven at 200c for 15-18mins till golden.
Allow to cool slightly before giving to hungry hands 🙌🏼
