Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.
Add all the ingredients (except for the choc chips) to a blender and blend until smooth.
Stir through the choc chips, then evenly pour the batter into your muffin tin, topping with any additional choc chips.
Place in the oven and bake for 22-24 minutes until cooked (notes below).
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before gently removing from the tin using a spoon and leave to cool on a cooling rack, they will firm up as they cool.
