Ingredients

  • 400 g quinoa (uncooked, rinsed)
  • 875 ml water (or vegetable stock)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and leave covered for 10 minutes.
  • Fluff with a fork before serving for perfectly fluffy quinoa.

Storage

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
