Protein Packed Super Smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1/2 cup/ 95g frozen Peas
  • 1/2 cup/80g of diced Mango (we used frozen)
  • 1/4 of an Avocado (we used frozen ones, this makes it even creamier)
  • 1 Tbsp Tahini
  • 1.5-2 cups /400-500ml Soy milk (depending on how thick you like it)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
  • Serve. 
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for 2 days.
