To a bowl add the flour & milk, lightly stirring together to remove any lumps.
Then add the remaining ingredients and stir together, whisking with a fork.
Spray a frying pan with olive oil & add around 1/3 - 1/4 of the batter (depending how big and how many you want) using a spatula to help spread/thin the wraps out & then cook 3 minutes each side (I spray the wrap before flipping also).
Repeat for 3-4 wraps.
Fill with whatever you like or eat plain.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for 3 days or freeze individually wrapped for 2 months.
