1/3cup/50g of dried fruit(we used cranberries & sultanas)
1tspof ground cinnamon
1cup/250g of plain coconut yogurt(or other)
Optional extra to serve:
Top with some extra fruit, yogurt, seeds, or chopped nuts of choice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large dish or container and stir to combine.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 3 hours).
Serve with any extra toppings and enjoy.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.To serve from 6-9 months you can blend to make this a smoother texture, and from 9-18 months make sure to chop any seeds like pumpkin seeds before adding in.
