Slice your tofu into desired thickness, then score to create slices on the top about 1/2 a cm apart (allows the flavour to marinate further. Also use chopsticks to avoid cutting all the way through).
Combine all the marinade ingredients and then add the tofu and leave to marinate for a minimum of 20mins (the longer the stronger)
Spray a pan with a little olive oil, then cook over medium-high heat, adding the leftover marinade occasionally. Flip after 5mins then add the remaining sauce & cook a further 2 mins till all the sauce is evaporated (make sure to add the sauce to avoid the tofu sticking).
Serve warm
