Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Preheat your waffle maker.
Cook according to your waffle maker instructions (we use the GreenPan waffle maker on the waffle setting, level 4, for 6 minutes).
Enjoy!
Store leftovers at room temp for 2 days, in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. To Freeze: Lay cooked waffles flat on a baking tray and freeze for one hour. Transfer to a bread bag or airtight container. Reheat straight from frozen in the toaster.
