Apple Pie Bliss Balls

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 large apple, cored & diced (we used a pink lady)
  • 1 cup/ 110g of quick oats
  • 1/2 cup/ 65g of hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup/ 25g of unsweetened desiccated coconut 
  • 6 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

To Roll

  • 1/4 cup/ 25g of ground flaxseed

Instructions 

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 
  • Take a heaping tablespoon of the mix and roll it into a ball in your hands, then roll in the digestion booster to coat. Repeat for around 21 balls. 

Notes

You can make this suitable for babies under 12 months by removing the dates from this recipe (due to them containing natural sugar). 
Store in the fridge for 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
