Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Allow the seeds to absorb the water for 15-20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 150c/300f.
Spread the mix out onto a lined baking tray around 25x35cms and around 0.5cms thick.
Place in the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and score into whatever size crackers you like (you can skip this step and have rustic shapes).
Place back in the oven and cook for a further 25-30 minutes until it is no longer soft (poke in the middle to check as it may require a few extra minutes depending on your oven).
Allow to cool on the baking tray and then break into shapes.
