cup/150g of raw cashews
(soaked in hot water for a minimum of 10 minutes then rinsed and drained)

big handfuls of baby spinach

Tbsp
of @mingleseasoning Green Goddess seasoning

cup/80ml of soy milk
1/3
cup/20g of nutritional yeast
Instructions
Simply make the dip by placing everything in a blender and blending until smooth.
Notes
Store the cashew cheese in a container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
