This dip is loaded with healthy fats, protein, and hidden spinach. A vibrant vegan cheese dip or spread that is great for babies and toddlers. This goes great paired with our Red Onion & Green Seasoning Crackers here.

Green Cashew Cheese Dip

Prep Time 15 minutes
Servings 1.5 cups

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/150g of raw cashews (soaked in hot water for a minimum of 10 minutes then rinsed and drained)
  • 2 big handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 Tbsp of @mingleseasoning Green Goddess seasoning
  • 1/3 cup/80ml of soy milk
  • 1/3 cup/20g of nutritional yeast

Instructions 

  • Simply make the dip by placing everything in a blender and blending until smooth.

Notes

Store the cashew cheese in a container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
