Homemade Hummus For Babies

1 food processor
Ingredients
1 x 400g can of chickpeas
(drained and rinsed weight; approx 240g)

Tahini*
(once exposed to sesame as an allergen)

Tbsp
Olive oil
1
Clove
Garlic
Juice of half a lemon
(or 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar)

Ice cubes
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in to a blender and blend till smooth - approx 15-20 seconds
Enjoy!
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 3 days
Note: don’t skip the ice cubes, it makes it super smooth & fluffy!
