Homemade Hummus For Babies

Ingredients

  • 1 x 400g can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp tahini (once exposed to sesame as an allergen)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Put all the ingredients in to a blender and blend till smooth - approx 15-20 seconds
  • Enjoy!

Storage

Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 days, or freeze portions for up to 2 months.
