Homemade Hummus For Babies
Ingredients
- 1 x 400g can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 2 tbsp tahini (once exposed to sesame as an allergen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in to a blender and blend till smooth - approx 15-20 seconds
- Enjoy!
Storage
