Add all of the crackers ingredients (except the water) to a large bowl and stir to combine. Then slowly add 1 Tbsp of water at a time until a dough forms, gently kneading together. Place to the side and allow to rest for 15-20minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180c/350f.
Cut the dough in half and place each half on a piece of baking paper, rolling out to around 3mm in thickness, to square out edges, fold the sides of your baking paper and roll to create edges.
Cut into desired sizes using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, then place in the oven and cook for 24-28 minutes until lightly golden.
Remove the crackers from the oven, allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes then place on a cooling rack to cool fully.
