Preheat the oven to 200c/390f.
Mash the banana in a large bowl, then add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Evenly spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin then place in the oven and bake for 50-55 minutes (every oven is different, cook until a skewer comes out clean).
Remove from the oven and allow to rest in the tin for 5 minutes before removing, and placing on a cooling rack to cool fully before slicing.
