It is officially Christmas platter season, and we have been having so much fun making toddler-friendly festive snacks. This recipe pairs the most Christmassy of flavours into a cracker form: stuffing crackers! They taste like classic holiday stuffing with the sage and onion herbs, and a hint of garlic and rosemary, but in a crunchy little biscuit that kids absolutely love.

They are light, simple to make and the perfect base for dips, hummus, vegan cheese or veggie toppings on your Christmas board. We paired these with a really simple but effective hummus wreath topped with basil, tomato for baubles (finely dice this for young kids!!) and a little carrot ribbon to finish.

  • Transfer the cookies to a lined baking tray, and bake for 12 to 14 minutes until lightly golden.
  • Allow to cool completely on the tray so they crisp up properly.
