I never review because I forget to, hut I came to this recipe because I’ve used it about five times and saw it somehow has one star? My 18 month old devours these. They freeze great and defrost quickly. Perfect recipe, thank you!

Hi Gabby, Thanks for the review. Biscuits can be a tricky one if people don’t knead or mix correctly, so thanks for leaving this review x

    Why do you have to Put 180 C . . . to Cook. . . . ? How do “I” know what that is. . . . Speak in English . . . . ! I suppose it’s 350 ?

180c means 180 degrees celsius which is the standard form of temperate used in Australia. I have since started adding fareneheit (for this it is 350f) as well as adding both cup and gram measurements. Please don’t be rude, I am speaking in English, you can convert however.

Not everyone is American Jim/Janet. Chill out and learn conversions. It’s giving uneducated.

Anyway this recipe is great. Thanks!!

    • @Jim and Janet Dills. Have you tried googling to do the conversion? Wow you’re rude af

    • In England we use Celsius, she literally is “speaking English”… man Americans really think the world revolves around them 😂

Thank you for the recipe, looks perfect for school lunches!
Have you tried making these with any other flour?

      Thanks!
We use spelt flour a lot for these but have used oat flour in the past (its up on our website) for our banana and tahini ones. They tend to be a lot drier than regular flour though.

  4. Hello, Do you let the sweet potato and apple cool before adding the flour? Thank you

I don’t know how you do it. I tried following the recipe, but it was super sticky and impossible to roll out (everything stuck to my hands and roller) so i ended up adding more flour and now they are super dry and not very tasty. I don’t think my baby will be able to eat them unfortunately. Any tips against the stickyness?

Hi, you really need to knead the dough, if after a few minutes it still feels sticky then you add a Tbsp of flour extra at a time. And then making sure not to overcook the sweet potato and apple so that they don’t absorb too much water whilst cooking.

you can lightly boil, just try not to let it overcook as it will then absorb too much water and you will need more flour as a result!
