  1. Hey! Would I be able to use plain ‘quick oats’ instead of oat flour? If it’ll work the same without me blending them first, that’s one less thing for me to do 😆 thank you!

You can! It may just affect the texture slightly, but we definitely do this often too!

  2. Hey! Made it today with my 15mo 😀 was fun and messy and it was also yummmmyyyyy <3 Thank you

Have you tried freezing these? My little one loves them and I’m keen to keep a stash in the freezer but not sure how they will hold up!

Absolutely amazing ☺️ I’ve choose to do for my baby 1 year and I’m glad I found it. Tastes incredible! Thank you for sharing this treasure

We freeze these all the time, so helpful to build the freezer stash!

Great reciepe! I added brown sugar on top of the batter in the muffin tin to give it alittle more sweetness.

  4. Is there a substitute for apple cider vinegar? Can I use another vinegar or ingredients?
    Thanks

These are amazing and so easy! I made them with just banana today and they were just as good.

🙂 they go so well plain or with different add ins, glad you like them

You can swap with cooked pumpkin or sweet potato. Around 3/4 of a cup per banana x

      • What’s the rationale for adding olive oil and ACV please? I’ve not seen these ingredients in muffin recipes before…

        • Cat Reply

The acv helps activate with the bicarbonate soda to help the rise, and the olive oil adds healthy fats and calories for the kids but also it adds moisture. You can sub it with other oils like coconut or you could try subbing with applesauce, although I haven’t tried this!
