This Protein Packed Super Smoothie is a healthy and quick way to provide little ones with a tasty dose of healthy fats, protein, fibre, and calcium.
This recipe makes 4 snack servings, or one large adult and 1 toddler portion.

Protein Packed Super Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup/ 95g frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup/80g of diced Mango (we used frozen)
- 1/4 of an Avocado (we used frozen ones, this makes it even creamier)
- 1 Tbsp Tahini
- 1.5-2 cups /400-500ml Soy milk (depending on how thick you like it)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth.
- Serve.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for 2 days.
