I love this simple waffle recipe! My 2.5 year old is allergic to eggs, dairy, soy (I substitute with pea milk), nuts and the list goes on! So being able to make these for him to enjoy is a huge treat. They don’t take long at all to mix up or cook and I can make some extra for the week to eat or freeze <3.
I like that they can be eaten without anything added in case I don't have berries or cocoa on hand but love that they are just a delicious if I do have them to be added in!
