Carrot & Ginger Popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 Carrot (chopped & peeled)
- 1/2 An orange (rind & seeds removed)
- Small thumb of ginger peeled
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the blender & blend till smooth.
- Pour in to moulds and freeze (4+ hours)
- Let them sit for 5 minutes after removing from the freezer to avoid ice burn and then let them enjoy!
