Vegan 🌱 Baby Led Weaning 👶🏼 Suitable 6+months

She won’t eat carrots on a plate but she will eat the whole popsicle with carrot, and it has ginger and vitamin c from the lemon and orange – perfect for boosting the immune system 🙌🏼🤩

Carrot & Ginger Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot (chopped & peeled)
  • 1/2 An orange (rind & seeds removed)
  • Small thumb of ginger peeled
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender & blend till smooth.
  • Pour in to moulds and freeze (4+ hours)
  • Let them sit for 5 minutes after removing from the freezer to avoid ice burn and then let them enjoy!
