BLW 👶🏼 6+ months 🌱 serves 1 adult and 1 child
Stuck for a quick & healthy breakfast idea? This is our new favourite breakfast to make the night before when there’s a busy morning ahead. And this has to be one of the most classic flavour combinations, so it’s no wonder it works so well with oats! Also, if you have any allergies to peanuts, just use a different nut or seed butter. And if you don’t like chia jam then mashed berries work well here too (there’s multiple recipes for chia jams on my website too).

PB & J Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/45g of Rolled oats
- 2/3 cup/170ml of Soy milk (or other)
- 2 Tbsp Chia Jam (see recipes; or use mashed berries )
- 1 tsp Peanut butter
Optional to top before serving:
- 1 Tbsp Chia jam (or mashed berries)
- 2 Tbsp of Vanilla coconut yogurt (or other)
- Little bit of peanut butter drizzled & stirred on top
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a jar or container and stir to combine.
- Place in the fridge for 4+ hours or ideally overnight for the oats to soak up the liquid.
- Top with any toppings or the suggested toppings and serve.
