Makes 2 big pizzas ๐ and thereโs no rising time (which is good when little ones are starving, as ours was eating raw dough at one stage ๐๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ). Also so good for babies as itโs yeast free, sugar free, salt free, dairy free, egg free, soy free – so suitable for most allergies ๐๐ผ

Baby Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 & 1/4 Cups Self raising flour (Plus extra for dusting)
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Natural coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Add the flour and coconut yogurt to a food processor (or bowl & hand mix)
- Mix with the dough function for 60 seconds till springy (or hand knead for 8-10mins)
- Fold out on to a floured bench & pop some more flour on top to help stop the dough sticking while shaping
- Shape dough into 2 even balls & spread/stretch on to two floured pizza or oven trays
- Parbake in the oven at 250c for 6mins
- Remove & add toppings (saving a section of pizza for salt free goods for the little ones)
- Then back in the oven for 5-7 more minutes
