Berries & Cream Popsicles
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup/ 150g of raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour or overnight then rinsed and drained)
- 2 cups/ 250g of frozen berries
- 2 Tbsp of maple syrup (omit for under 12 months)
- 1/2 cup/ 125ml of soy milk (or other)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and no chunks remain.
- Pour the mix into popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.ย
- Enjoy ๐
Notes
Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.ย
