These Berries & Cream Popsicles are naturally loaded with healthy fats, fibre, protein, omega-3s, calcium & iron, and they taste amazing. They are super quick to make and are a good snack for toddlers and adults.ย 

Berries & Cream Popsicles

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 6 large popsicles

Equipment

  • blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup/ 150g of raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 1 hour or overnight then rinsed and drained)
  • 2 cups/ 250g of frozen berries
  • 2 Tbsp of maple syrup (omit for under 12 months)
  • 1/2 cup/ 125ml of soy milk (or other)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend till smooth and no chunks remain.
  • Pour the mix into popsicle moulds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.ย 
  • Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜‹

Notes

Store in the freezer for up to 2 months.ย
