✨🍛Let’s make Curry Puffs with leftover curry & rice 🍛 ✨

This is so simple & such a good way to use up leftovers & you can have your toddler help as they’re pretty safe to be roughly put together 😂🙈

Curry Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Left over curry (mash to avoid choking hazards for younger babies & toddlers)
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked rice
  • 1-2 Sheets Puff pastry (we used 1.5 for 6 triangles)
  • 1 Tbsp Soy milk for brushing (or other plant based milk)

Instructions 

  • Combine the curry & rice, then fill triangles of puff pastry with 1 heaped Tbsp of the filling, fold in half in to a triangle shape, then crimp the edges with a fork.
  • Repeat till there’s no leftovers (we made 6 )
  • Brush with soy milk
  • Cook in the oven at 200c for 15-18mins till golden.
  • Allow to cool slightly before giving to hungry hands 🙌🏼
