These have only 2 ingredients (well 3 if you include water), and they’re so simple & tasty (I ate one with our little vegan… and she goes wild every time the freezer opens and she sees the container 🙈)

These are such a good way to get some vitamin c in, to expose little ones to sour tastes, and although there is 1 Tbsp of maple syrup (sugar is something we rarely give her), this is spread across 7 ice lollies and is a nice treat, especially when teething (or on the scorching mid 30s spring weather we are having).

Lemon Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Lemon juice with pulp (1 large lemon, use more if needed )
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions 

  • Juice the lemon and then combine with water and maple syrup.
  • Pour in to moulds and freeze (4+ hours)
  • Let them sit for 5 minutes after removing from the freezer to avoid ice burn and then let them enjoy!
