Makes 2 big pizzas 🍕 and there’s no rising time (which is good when little ones are starving, as ours was eating raw dough at one stage 😂🤦🏼♀️). Also so good for babies as it’s yeast free, sugar free, salt free, dairy free, egg free, soy free – so suitable for most allergies 🙌🏼

Baby Pizza
Ingredients
- 2 & 1/4 Cups Self raising flour (Plus extra for dusting)
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Natural coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Add the flour and coconut yogurt to a food processor (or bowl & hand mix)
- Mix with the dough function for 60 seconds till springy (or hand knead for 8-10mins)
- Fold out on to a floured bench & pop some more flour on top to help stop the dough sticking while shaping
- Shape dough into 2 even balls & spread/stretch on to two floured pizza or oven trays
- Parbake in the oven at 250c for 6mins
- Remove & add toppings (saving a section of pizza for salt free goods for the little ones)
- Then back in the oven for 5-7 more minutes
