Makes 2 big pizzas ๐Ÿ• and thereโ€™s no rising time (which is good when little ones are starving, as ours was eating raw dough at one stage ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ). Also so good for babies as itโ€™s yeast free, sugar free, salt free, dairy free, egg free, soy free – so suitable for most allergies ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Baby Pizza

Servings 2 toddlers

Ingredients

  • 2 & 1/4 Cups Self raising flour (Plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Natural coconut yogurt

Instructions 

  • Add the flour and coconut yogurt to a food processor (or bowl & hand mix)
  • Mix with the dough function for 60 seconds till springy (or hand knead for 8-10mins)
  • Fold out on to a floured bench & pop some more flour on top to help stop the dough sticking while shaping
  • Shape dough into 2 even balls & spread/stretch on to two floured pizza or oven trays
  • Parbake in the oven at 250c for 6mins
  • Remove & add toppings (saving a section of pizza for salt free goods for the little ones)
  • Then back in the oven for 5-7 more minutes
