We love frozen yogurt bark, so I thought I’d make a twist on that as our baby is currently teething and not wanting her normal snacks, so we made a chia jam bark to get some extra protein and goodness into her. She LOVED it. It is naturally sweet, contains loads of nutrients from the raspberries and chia seeds, and topped with some coconut yogurt for more healthy fats. There is so many different variations you could make with this – like adding nut butter, extra chopped pieces of fruit, and swapping out the raspberry chia jam for whatever berries you prefer.
