Healthy Rice Krispies
Suitable from 12 months
Ingredients
- 150 g peanut butter
- 80 ml maple syrup
- 100 g puffed rice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together the nut butter and maple syrup.
- Add the puffed rice, and gently stir to combine.
- Pour the mix out onto baking paper, gently pressing to a large square shape, around 1cm in thickness.
- Place the sheet on a tray or plate and refrigerate for one hour until set.
- Remove from the fridge and cut into squares.
- Enjoy.
Storage

Can carob powder be added to this? If so how much please 🙂
Hi that would be a great addition. I would think 1/3 cup would go nicely. You may need a little extra wet ingredients such as a Tbsp more of nut butter or maple syrup to adjust x
